Two police officers who arrested a man who later died at a northern NSW station will remain on duty while an internal investigation is conducted.
Police have not released the identity of the man or provided details of the circumstances leading to his death, after he was arrested on a Coffs Harbour street yesterday morning.
A team, comprising officers from another station, will investigate all circumstances surrounding the death.
