Labor infighting must end: Shorten (AAP) - ( 4U5TR4L14 )

Labor leadership hopeful Bill Shorten says the party’s tradition of MPs attacking one another will end if he’s successful.

Mr Shorten says he hopes under his leadership there’ll be less talk about Messiahs, less about the “I” and more about the “us”, the “we” and the “team”.

He says he won’t be disparaging leadership rival Anthony Albanese either publicly or privately.

The former union boss is also pledging to make violence against women a national issue and dental care a higher priority.
