A man has been charged with attempted murder after a woman was hit with a hammer on the New South Wales south coast.
Emergency services were called to a domestic dispute at a Wallaga Lake property about 3:00pm on Saturday.
Police say a 36-year-old woman suffered facial fractures after allegedly being hit with a claw hammer.
A 39-year-old man was charged with attempted murder and recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Batemans Bay Bail Court today.
